Let’s say you’re up later than you should be, revising and editing a memo that you should have done hours ago. (Hypothetically speaking, you may have picked up a novel earlier today and re-read the whole thing, rather than doing your homework.) It turns out that the perfect album to accompany you while you work is Twin Cinema, the latest from The New Pornographers.
If you haven’t heard the album, seriously, go buy it right now. You don’t realize it, but it’s more important than whatever you’re doing right now. But come back and read my blog some more after that. You know how I miss you.

Not sure of the whole meaning of this post of yours (besides plain old manic-law-school-work induced procrastination), but I just picked up Twin Cinema over the weekend, and it really is damn good.
Well, yeah… procrastination.
Plus, I really think more people should buy this album, I would be both really happy and slightly sad if The New Pornographers hit it big in the way that Death Cab has.
Job: A Comedy of Justice sounds like a trashy mix of American Gods and a Piers Anthony book. do you reccomend it?
Well, I never read any Piers Anthony, so I don’t know how it compares to his stuff, but “trashy” it certainly is, and it definitely has some similarities to American Gods. It’s a quick read, and entertaining in its way. You can borrow it from me if you’d like.
